Nativity: Night of Music returns to the Harbourfront Theatre on December 22 at 6:30 p.m. This community production brings the Christmas story to life through music, movement, and a cast of children. Familiar carols such as “Silent Night,” “Away in a Manger,” and “Angels We Have Heard on High” are woven into a creative retelling of Jesus’ birth. There will also be a special performance at St. Paul’s Parish on December 21 at 4:00 p.m., and no tickets are required for that performance.
We are grateful to the Summerside Christian Council, the Harbourfront Theatre, and St. Dunstan’s University for partnering with us to share this story with our wider community.

God is speaking. Sometimes we just need help learning to listen. Join us for a practical, prayerful five-week course where we explore how to recognize God’s voice and respond with confidence. Each week features a different teacher, real-life stories, and simple exercises that help you grow in clarity and discernment. Recommended readings include Hearing God (Dallas Willard), Whisper (Mark Batterson), Discerning the Voice of God (Priscilla Shirer), 4 Keys to Hearing God’s Voice (Mark Virkler) and Frequency (Robert Morris).
If you’ve ever wondered, “Was that God or just my thoughts?” this course will give you tools to walk with greater peace, trust, and awareness of God’s presence in your daily life.
Everyone is welcome. No prior experience needed.
If you have been hoping to get a better handle on your finances, this simple workshop might be just the place to start. We will meet on Wednesday, January 14, at 7 p.m. for a relaxed evening of short, conversational presentations on budgeting, debt, savings, and tithing, followed by a Q and A. The speakers include Temba Ngwenya, Scott Nash, Ron Goddard, and Don DesRoches, with Darren hosting the night. The atmosphere will be low-key and welcoming, and there will be refreshments to keep the conversation moving.
Looking to Serve? We’re currently looking for a few friendly faces and helping hands to join our volunteer teams. If you’d like to help with communion setup or serve as an inner door greeter, we’d love to have you on board. It’s a simple but meaningful way to support what God is doing here each Sunday—and a great way to get connected too.
