Meet Ron
"Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation.” Isaiah 12:2Ron and his wife, Harmony, have three children: Jahnaya, Rayna and Theo. Originally from Moncton, NB, Ron's family found their spiritual home when they moved to PEI and became part of our church community 7 years ago.
Within the church, Ron serves as an elder and actively mentors young adults in our Thrive Young Adults group. With a CMA accounting designation and management experience, he brings financial expertise, leadership, and spiritual discernment to the elder team, helping provide valuable direction for the church.
Outside of church, Ron enjoys an active lifestyle, participating in CrossFit, biking, hiking, and house renovations.
His life verse, Isaiah 12:2, reminds him of his dependence on God for strength and salvation.
Ron appreciates the genuine sense of community at SCC, where we seek to encounter God and build meaningful relationships while encouraging each other's growth in faith and purpose.
